DESCRIPTION:Marquette County Habitat for Humanity will be hosting Business After Hours at their Restore Shop (133 Carmen Street in Harvey) on October 19 from 5-7 p.m. Drinks and snacks will be provided. Guests will have the opportunity to win one of five $50 gift cards to their Restore shop!\n\n \n\nMarquette County Habitat for Humanity is celebrating a milestone anniversary this year. The local nonprofit\, founded in 1992\, has been proudly serving the community for 30 years. Their mission is to eliminate poverty housing in Marquette County through affordable new construction homes\, critical home repairs\, and ramp installations. \n\n \n\nIn the last three decades\, Marquette County Habitat for Humanity has built 107 houses for low-income residents and performed over 100 critical home repairs\, including dozens of ramp installations. Program funding comes from various sources\, including proceeds from the ReStore\, Habitat's donation-based retail store\, grants\, and donations. \n\n \n\n If you're ready to meet fellow professionals and establish long-lasting business relationships\, then come on by! The event is free and open to all.
