Description
A number of free classes will be offered to the public. These classes include Spinning, Cardio-Boxing, Snow Sports Conditioning, Absolutely Abs, Fitness Yoga/Yoga, Pilates, Stretching and Aquatics Cardio-Boxing. For more information and for pre-registration call the YMCA at 227-9622.
